Located in a stylishly designed estate with houses benefitting from a blend of contemporary architecture with traditional Thai influences creating attractive and eye-catching beachfront properties.
The beach at Laem Noi is extremely peaceful and has a serenity which seems to enhance the views over to the Ang Thong Marine Park.
A well landscaped front garden and driveway and once you step through the impressive gated entrance you emerge into a private courtyard garden. A pathway takes you through a white archway and onto the two living pavilions.
On the left of the path is a standalone store room and laundry area. The neat sandstone path runs between planted garden areas passed the pavilion on the right and directly into the living pavilion.
This is a large open plan space with a high vaulted wooden ceiling and contrasting white walls. To the left as you enter is a fully fitted western kitchen with wooden units and black granite surfaces. On the right is a glass-topped wooden dining table and matching chairs.
Ahead of the dining area there’s a lounge with comfortable water hyacinth furniture and doors which open directly into the swimming pool. On the left of the lounge there’s a bathroom with a shower and beyond that there’s a further lounge area which has a very Chinese feel with a stunning red and gold painting mounted above a stylish bamboo sofa. This area can be separated with bi-folding wooden doors to provide a private escape form the rest of the property.
This room also leads out into the sala which has sun-loungers for you to work on your tan. The L-shaped swimming pool wraps around the sala and leads into the large garden and through the private gate onto the beach. A stepping stone path runs from the beach along the side of the pool and right up to the next living pavilion.
The first room is a light contemporarily designed room with a sloping glass roof, floating staircase and galleried landing. The white floor tiles contrast perfectly with the wooden stairs and the choice of furniture. An orange sofa sits opposite a built in TV unit which occupies the space under the stairs.
At the rear of this room, sliding wooden doors open to reveal a bedroom with bunk-beds for four children. To the left of this a door takes you through and into the master suite.
In here there are fitted wardrobes with wood and frosted glass doors, a large platform bed and a water hyacinth sofa. The room is accessorised with browns and creams and has two eye-catching modern paintings adding to the character.
A sloping glass roof runs across one end of the room and with the fully opening glass doors on two sides this ensures that the room has a light and airy ambience.
The en-suite bathroom has twin chrome sinks on a black granite platform, there’s a corner Jacuzzi bathtub and also a walk-in shower area.
Back in the lounge, wall hangings and modern artworks lead you up the floating wooden steps to the gallery, which has a table and chairs and the door into the next bedroom. This is another double room with an en-suite shower room and beautiful views over the property and out to the ocean.
This is a very neat, tidy and well presented property with the added practicality of the children’s room and bunk-beds. This, together with the large garden, makes it an ideal and flexible property for families.
