It is a ground floor home of 335 square metres including its private pool terrace and garden, which makes it closer to a small villa than a holiday apartment. Full-height glass opens the living room and the master bedroom onto the terrace, and the pool runs along the garden towards the sea, so the sunset is watched from a lounger or from the water.
Inside there are two bedrooms, each with its own marble bathroom, and a guest cloakroom. The master bedroom has a writing desk, a wall-mounted television and a walk-in rain shower. The open-plan living area has a large sofa and television, a dining table under pendant lights and a fully fitted kitchen with an island. A covered outdoor lounge with rattan seating sits between the living room and the lawn, and ceiling fans keep the air moving when the glass walls are open.
The residence is part of Twinpalms Residences MontAzure, right next to the InterContinental Phuket Resort.
