About the Villa 

Taking luxury to new heights; a privately-owned villa that offers the most discerning of guests the opportunity to sample a unique way of life. This fully air-conditioned property is arranged over two storeys with glass on 3 sides so guests can enjoy the spectacular sea views. Boasting a large entrance and hallway, spacious lounge, choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas, an inviting 45 sqm swimming pool and no less than six luxurious bedrooms for the comfort of guests; all decorated with timeless elegance through a combination of contemporary fixtures, antique English furniture and traditional Thai features.

The accommodation

Designed to sleep 12 with room to spare, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. There are 3 king-sized bedrooms located on the first floor, each with private balcony and sea views. In addition there are a further three bedrooms, with one thoughtfully positioned on the ground floor with special facilities for elderly or disabled guests. Every bedroom offers spacious accommodation with its own private bathroom or shower.

The location

Occupying one of the prime locations on the west coast of Phuket adjacent to the sparkling, turquoise waters of the stunning Andaman sea. One of just 5 beach front villas on the estate, this exclusive setting provides a private, protected estate served 24 hours a day by uniformed security guards and  in-house staff.

Just 80 metres from Bang Tao beach; probably the finest beach on the island. This beautifully tranquil setting with stunning white sands is generally quite deserted with just a handful of exclusive hotels dotted along its edges. Nearby is the highly-acclaimed Laguna Resort, a select development which offers a wide selection of excellent restaurants, shops, spas, hairdressers, gyms, water sport facilities and the award-winning 5 star Banyan Tree hotel.

The first-class services

Guests will be pampered with unrivalled personal service. Three full-time members of staff to ensure that the guests personal needs are met, as well as ensuring that villa, its rooms, grounds and gardens stay clean and well-maintained at all times.

The staff will ensure that guests receive every assistance, with at least one member of staff on hand 24 hours a day. Furthermore our highly trained employees will provide: transportation to and from the airport, a complimentary vehicle and driver throughout their stay, shopping for food and provisions and a child minding service.

Food and catering

Once again staff is at hand to ensure that guests are supplied with meals and drink throughout their stay, together with any personal preferences or dietary needs.

The catering includes: welcome drink and cold towels, complimentary welcome food larder on arrival, fridge stocked full with items of choice and personal requirements, choice of American or Continental breakfast, evening meals prepared on request, simple Thai meals and sandwiches provided throughout the day along with drinks and fresh fruit and dinner parties and barbeques catered for.

The villa and grounds

One of only five beach front properties located in one of the most sought after locations in the west of the island. Within this exclusive gated development lies the villa set in lush tropical gardens and boasting a large swimming pool – all exclusively for you and your guests.

The staff

Three full-time members of staff to ensure that your personal needs are met, as well as ensuring that villa, its rooms, grounds and gardens stay clean and well-maintained at all times. This includes a full time driver. The staff will ensure that you receive every assistance, including the following personal services:

• Transportation to and from the airport is included in the price, (if arrival times of guests are staggered, there may be additional charges)
• At least one member of staff is on hand 24 hours a day
• For added flexibility, we can also enlist the help of a part-time maid to cater for larger groups
• Included in the rental fee we provide a mid-sized car or mini-bus and a full time driver, also available after hours at a small charge
• We can arrange to hire you an extra car or motorbike (please ensure that you have a valid driving licence)
• We can shop for food and provisions: (whenever you require – charged at cost)
• A child minding service is provided by an experienced member of staff and after 19:00hrs a nominal hourly rate is charged. (There is also a baby monitor in the villa.)

• We can provide a fridge stocked full with items of your choice and personal requirements. (Please put in your requests at least 2 weeks before your arrival date)
• Choice of American or Continental breakfast: (prepared daily with fresh produce)
• Evening meals (prepared on request, food charged at cost price)
• Simple Thai meals and sandwiches can be provided throughout the day along with drinks and fresh fruit.
• Dinner parties and barbeques: (for large or frequent parties, we may employ additional staff at a reasonable charge)

To help keep you connected and to make your stay as entertaining as possible the villa is equipped with broadband internet, WiFi access, cable television and a state-or-the-art music system.
