An 9 bedroom Villa located in the Bang Tao area along the west coast of Phuket and only minutes to the beautiful Surin Beach which is centrally located to other popular attractions on the island.

Designed for luxury living in a peaceful environment. It is ideal for families, couples, corporate social functions, weddings and other special events for your exclusive use. This Villa is your home away from home whilst you stay, awarding you with the privacy to enjoy time with your family and friends in the exclusive luxury villa.

As soon as you step foot in the Villa you are incased by the feeling of space and freedom, created by the contemporary open plan design of the Villa that boasts panoramic sea, forest and valley view’s to be enjoyed. On the top level you have the choice of alfresco living with all the glass doors open, creating one great indoor / outdoor space. Or if this is not your preference, you may opt to close the glass doors and enjoy the unobstructed views in the comfort of air-conditioning.

The Villa has many places to entertain or simply relax. The stunning blue 13 meter infinity pool invites you to take a dip, swim some laps, gaze from the edge overlooking tropical hillside or simply just sit back and relax in the pools Jacuzzi. The expansive pool area with surrounding views is equipped with many sun beds and provides the perfect spot to dry off from your swim, read a book and top up your tan. You may like to retire to the front covered balcony or lounge area to sit and relax surrounded by panoramic sea and valley views. For those that just can’t escape the office work, there is an office space equipped with a computer, wifi, scanner and printer. For a little more privacy and a ‘cheeky’ outdoor siesta, head to the 2nd level balcony and lay on one of the loungers in complete solitude.

If you don’t feel like a siesta, there is always the air-conditioned media room to watch a movie or your favourite sports game on the life size big screen (3+ meters wide) in ‘gold class’ movie style by stretching out in one of the 8 reclining cushion sofa’s and the best news is that you don’t need to share it with anyone else but your friends and family. Popcorn please!

If the media room doesn’t capture your attention on the day, maybe the ultimate ‘Man Cave’ on the 3rd level will get your attention, featuring a Bar (BYO) / Pool Table / Dart Board and Gym. You may elect to have a work out to maintain your exercise regime or challenge a family member or friend to a game of pool on the ¾ size Snooker Table.

The Villa has four staff members to ensure your stay is a pleasant one, the Villa Manager, 2 Housekeeper and a Thai Chef.  The Villa Manager can assist you with your daily enquiries and organization of activities. The housekeepers are there to ensure that you have clean surroundings and the Thai Chef can cook two meals a day of your choice of Breakfast and Dinner, Lunch and Dinner or Breakfast and Lunch. You just have to supply the fresh market food purchases or the Chef can purchase for you with a 15% surcharge.

Airport Transfers to and from the Villa are included in the price (maximum of 2 mini van’s return trip for each Villa booking).  If there are multiple flights within the group, extra transport costs will apply)

ACCOMMODATION

The Villa can easily accommodate your guests / family and friends with 9 King/Queen bedrooms and 10 bathrooms (sleeping 20) nestled on top of a lush hillside boasting stunning sea and valley view’s overlooking Bang Tao Bay.  Every bedroom has its own private en-suite and private balcony with sea views & tropical bush.  For your comfort and connectivity the rooms also feature broadband and wireless internet access, internet T.V, fans and air-conditioning.

When indulging in the culinary delights, you have the choice of a fully equipped Western Kitchen with Italian Marble Bench Tops and Gaggenau fixtures, oven and coffee machine along with all modern appliances.  There is also an outdoor barbeque area on the balcony for the more relaxed cooking style and an outdoor Thai kitchen if you would like to have a Thai Chef cook some delicious Thailand cuisine for your group.  You may choose to dine in style on the 4 metre natural wooden table that can seat up to 18 people or less formal dining on the outdoor balcony table and chairs.

The second floor has a kitchenette to make a quick snack or grab a cup of coffee or Tea to drink at the kitchenette stool bar looking over to the indoor garden or have it on the 2nd level balcony whilst reading the paper in seclusion.

The shared facility available for all guests to utilise are the office, media room, Gym Bar & Games Room and Laundry Room.

The villa provides you with 2 full time House Keepers and a Villa Manager to assist in making your holiday a relaxing one!

The villa is cleaned daily by Villa staff and there is a laundry room on site for your convenience without charge. Each room has complimentary Shower Cream, Liquid Hand Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner.  If personal laundry is requested to be completed on your behalf a nominal service charge will apply.

Electricity charges are included in the nightly charge; however, it is asked that guests turn off the air conditioning when it is not in use as excessive use may incur additional charges.

The Manager is there at all times to assist you in making your stay a pleasant one.
