This spacious beautifully appointed rental villa boasts in excess of 1,700 sqm of luxury living space, with a magnificent infinity-edged pool with an additional 800 sqm of gardens and terraces, making this holiday retreat ideal for families and large groups.

The villa was completed and furnished in late 2009 to an amazingly high standard. Now officially the biggest holiday villa in Phuket, the villa was specifically designed to provide a more personal feeling of comfort, yet well balanced with the blend of an open-planned fresh atmosphere. This self contained villa has 9 large ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, with no group too small, staying in this villa you will effectively have your very own 5 star hotel!

The large 20 x 6 meter (2.5 meter deep) infinity edge pool is provided for your enjoyment, complete with fully staffed pool bar, oversized sun lounges and outdoor shower. Simply sit by the pool enjoying the sea views, or relax in the Jacuzzi.

The villa comes complete with 2 living rooms on 2 separate levels. The 1st is on the ground floor upon the entrance to the villa, here you will find a bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, an American size pool table and satellite TV with plenty of seating and a computer and printer. The 2nd living room on the top floor which enjoys panoramic sea views, with ample seating and state of the TV and sound system. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium.

Dining
Your rental includes breakfast, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as a complimentary case of Heineken on arrival. All other meals & drinks can be purchased from our specially prepared menu and prepared by your own personal Thai chef. Our dining room is more than capable of catering for your needs with comfortable seating for up to 30 people.

Swimming Pool
Outdoor Swimming Pool set in the hillside overlooking Patong Beach. With plenty of sun-loungers and outdoor tables and chairs are spaced around the pool area.

Staff
The Villa comes with your own resident maid who will take care of all your daily needs. Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle your personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations.

Living Rooms
The living, lounge room on the lower deck also opens onto the pool area and has a 50inch plasma TV to watch a wide selection of movies or you’re favorite sport with family and friends.

Dining Area.
The main living, dining area has a large modern kitchen and seating which opens onto the spacious pool deck for lazing the day away or improving you’re tan on the private deck.

PC and Internet
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home, we have a dedicated Study Room with a fully equipped high-end PC, Fax, Scanner and Printer. The villa is also set up with a Broadband Wireless Internet connection, so if you bring your own laptop, you can surf the web anywhere in the Villa.
