The interiors are calm and contemporary: an open-plan living room with a pool table and curated art, a media lounge with foosball and board games, and a dining table for 14 beside the kitchen where the private chef cooks Thai and international dishes. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open the whole ground floor to the terrace.
Two king master suites have sea, pool and garden views, smart TVs and dressing areas, with a bathtub in one; two guest rooms have twin beds that convert to kings and the remaining two share a bathroom. Outside there is a garden sala, barbecue facilities, kayaks and paddleboards, four bicycles and a lawn with a trampoline and playground, with the estate gym a short walk away.
