Villa Roxo is a five-bedroom villa over three levels in the beach estate at Natai, a minute's walk from the estate's own stretch of sand, with sea views from the upper floors. The interiors are more colourful than most: rattan, rich fabrics and artwork against a modern frame. An 18-metre saltwater infinity pool runs along one side of the house with a terrace of loungers, and the air-conditioned living and dining room opens to an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
Two king master suites have sea views, balconies, walk-in wardrobes and ensuites, with a bath in one. Two guest rooms share a bathroom and the fifth has no bathroom of its own, so it is best for a family or close friends who do not mind sharing. The media room has a foosball table, mahjong, an Xbox and board games, and outside there is table tennis, a giant chess set, kayaks and paddleboards, plus a wine cellar and the estate gym. Four staff including a private chef are included, with daily breakfast and return airport transfers. Bookable as 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms.
