Villa Fah Sai is a five-bedroom villa in the Samsara Estate above Nakalay Bay, between Kamala and Patong on the west coast. Its long, horizontal lines are a nod to Frank Lloyd Wright, and the layout gives guests a separate entrance and plenty of privacy. The master bedroom on the upper level has a full ocean view, its own living area and a large walk-in wardrobe; the four guest rooms all look out over the sea, the sunrise and the pool, and all five rooms are ensuite. One guest bathroom has a whirlpool bath and another has its own sauna.
The 18-metre infinity pool has a shallow end for children, and the living room looks down the coast to Patong, which is a good sight after dark. There is a games room with a big screen, Xbox and treadmill, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area where the private chef works. Three villa staff plus the estate team are included, as is a daily shuttle to Kamala or Patong beach. Bookable as 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms.
